Experience Programme

The Ski Club operates a varied programme of Experiences in each resort; please click on the resorts on the links below to see which session will operate and when. For more information on each of the Experiences run in partnership with New Generation, please see outlines for each session below, and for specific timetables in each resort follow the links below.

Ski Club Experiences run between early January and early February, and again from the end of February to late March, to accommodate half term and other peak periods. Exact dates will be confirmed closer to the 2024/25 season.

Minimum Level: Adult Ski Level 5 (On-Piste Red)

What you’ll cover;

  • Building Balance – How to use your ankles, knees, and hips.
  • Understanding and Experiencing Steering Movements – What makes a ski turn, and what can we control
  • Outside Ski to Outside Ski – Becoming Dynamic.
  • Output Focus – Performance Indicators, how to train yourself.
  • Timing and Coordination – When and why to use each of these skills.

Professional Coaching for Recreational Skiers

A dive deep into your skiing technique, peeling back the layers to make transformative changes. Our team will use the same techniques they use to coach athletes and future ski instructors. This intense approach can work wonders for recreational skiers too. So, if you’re up for putting in some effort to elevate your ski game, we’re all in.

Minimum Level: Adult Ski Level 5 and Off-Piste Level 1 (Red)

An introductory coaching session for competent on-piste skiers who haven’t skied off-piste before. 

Length: 6hrs

Cost: 160€ (Non-Members)/80€ (Members)

An off-piste day of adventure and learning in a safe environment for skiers who have skied some off-piste before. Minimum Level: Adult Ski Level 5 and Off-Piste Level 2 (Silver) Fitness Level: Able to ski for 6 hours (with a break) on red runs and mellow off-piste terrain.

Length: 6hrs

A guided off-piste adventure for competent off-piste skiers. Minimum Level: Off-Piste Level 3 (Purple) Fitness level: Ability to ski for 6 hours (with a break ) on black runs and variable terrain. Experience getting back up after a fall off-piste.

Length: 6hrs

Cost: 160€ (Non-Members)/80€ (Members)

Spend a day challenging your off-piste technique and skills whilst exploring world-famous terrain. Minimum Level: Off-Piste Level 4 (Gold) Fitness level: Able to ski for 6 hours (with a break ) in off-piste and variable terrain and being able to stand back up by yourself in case of a fall.

An introduction to ski touring for intermediate skiers who have never ski toured before. Minimum Ski Level: Adult Ski Level 5 and Off-Piste Level 2 (Silver) Equipment required: Skis with touring bindings, skins, transceiver, shovel, and probe.

Length: 4hrs

Cost: 120€ (Non-Members)/60€ (Members)

An adventure day far from the pistes ski touring to access remote terrain. Minimum Level: Off-Piste Level 4 (Gold) Fitness level: Need to be able to tour 500m+ of ascent
