The holiday includes 3 days of on piste instruction. Utilise access to incredible local instructors who will help refine and perfect your on piste technique. You’ll be skiing full days (of course broken up with coffee stops & a mountainside lunch). On your final day you are free to choose whether to have a leisurely travel day or to pack in a final day on the slopes alongside the rep and other members before a late flight home. Villars offers an enticing variety of terrain, with over 125km of pistes that extend to the impressive heights of Glacier 3000, accessible via connections through Les Diablerets.

4 nights half board accommodation, Swiss Rail ticket, single occupancy rooms, 3 days with instructors
The Victoria Hotel & Residence is an excellent hotel in the heart of Villars. This holiday is on a single occupancy basis. You will therefore be placed in a room on your own for the duration of the trip. If you would prefer to share a room with someone you know, then please contact the Freshtracks office and we will make the relevant arrangements.
This holiday includes a standard class return Swiss Rail ticket between Geneva airport and Villars. An efficient and convenient way to travel in Switzerland, travelling by rail allows you to set your own schedule and choose the flights best suited to you. We recommended the Swiss Rail website for finding the most accurate journey times. Please do not book your flights until the holiday has been confirmed to run.
Should you not be flying into Geneva airport, please call the office to discuss alternative arrangements on 020 8410 2022. You will be sent your ticket via email a few days before departure. This ticket does not need to be printed off, and can be used at any time on the day of travel.
Once the holiday has been confirmed, please send your flight details (flight numbers, arrival and departure time) to the Freshtracks Team via email to ku.oc.bulciks@sloh.
If you require ski hire, we recommend Sport House Telecabine, a short distance from the hotel. Members will receive discount when booking online via SkiSet through the Ski Club website. Your Ski Club Rep will be able to help with any rental hire once in resort.
We recommend guests purchase their lift passes online ahead of departure for the best discounts. Alternatively, they can be bought once in resort with the help of your Rep.

It is a condition of booking that you have valid and adequate snowsports insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure your policy provides cover for all the activities that you participate in during your holiday.
We offer a Ski Club Insurance policy which provides the cover we require for all bookings. This policy can be found here: Ski Club Travel Insurance – Ski Club Of Great Britain

Due to the type of holidays that you will be booking with us, we also advise that your policy should include skiing off-piste without a guide. Please note, insurance premiums must be paid at the same time as booking in order for the package holiday or single service cancellation cover to be effective. It is also advised to keep your insurance details with you while you are on your holiday. Angus Maciver, July 8, 2024
Villars is a great place to brush up on your technique – both on the slopes and in the restaurants! I’ve been going to Villars for nearly 20 years, it is a really pretty place to ski, great views, loads of lunch stops, good food in the evening and even the chance to do some wine tasting. The Villars weekend trip was new in 2024 and it was great fun to show 10 members round the resort in the company of two Snow-Pros Ski Instructors and my wife often makes a guest appearance too! Members found it an accessible ski area which was fun and beautiful with plenty of skiing for a long weekend – hope to see more of you this year!
